Ans: A very good morning to our honourable Principal sir, respected teachers, and my dear friends. Today, I am going to speak a few words on the topic “Value of Games and Sports.” Games and sports are an important part of our life. They are not only a source of entertainment but also help us to keep our body healthy and our mind fresh. A student who regularly takes part in sports can stay active and energetic.

Sports teach us many important lessons. They teach us discipline, teamwork, cooperation, patience and leadership. They also teach us how to accept both victory and defeat. When we lose a game, we learn from our mistakes and try to do better next time. In today's world, many students spend a lot of time studying, using mobile phones and watching television. Because of this, physical activities are sometimes neglected. Therefore, we should make time for games and sports along with our studies.

Games and sports also help us to reduce stress and improve our concentration. A healthy body helps us to have a healthy mind, which is very important for students. So, I believe that games and studies should go hand in hand. We should participate in sports regularly and develop a healthy and active lifestyle.
