Christmas is celebrated on 25 December every year throughout the world to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ. Christmas is one of the most celebrated festivals in the world. It is the major festival of Christianity. 

On the eve of Christmas people go the churches and offer prayer. People buy christmas tree, decorative items like lights, lamps, balloons, gifts, flower to celebrate the festival. 

Cake is the main sweet or food on this eve, people dress up like Santa Claus and distribute gifts. People visit friends, share gifts and sweets with family and friends. 

Along with the Christianity people of other religions also celebrate christmas. Christmas gives a message of love, peace, harmony and brotherhood.

यीशु मसीह के जन्म के उपलक्ष्य में दुनिया भर में हर साल 25 दिसंबर को क्रिसमस मनाया जाता है।  क्रिसमस दुनिया में सबसे प्रसिद्ध त्योहारों में से एक है।  यह ईसाई धर्म का प्रमुख त्योहार है।
