He compares between the game sanctuaries of Kenya and Kaziranga. He has observed a serious differences, in the game sanctuaries of Kenya and Tanganyka, there is a sort of tradition that everyone should co-operate to make the Sanctuaries a success  and a lot of money is spent on them. 


But in Kaziranga Game Sanctuary it is entirely opposite. The animals in Kaziranga, they do not feel safe and they do not appear readily. Here public do not co-operate to make a success.


The author also surprised to see the human relationship, courtesy and friendliness of Assam. He mentions that the songs and poems of Assam are very interesting and meaningful. The boys of Assam sing some songs which words ought to know.
