To do the downward facing dog posture

(i) Stand straight on the yoga mat. 

(ii) Now slowly keep both your hands on the ground while bending forward. 

(iii) Stay in this position for about 50-60 seconds and then slowly stand up straight.

Vajrasana

To do Vajrasana, 

(i) Sit on a seat on the ground.

(ii) Bend both your legs from the knees and sit on the ankles. 

(iii) Now place both the hands on the knees without bending the elbows, while the palms touch the thighs.  

(iv) Keep your eyes fixed on the front. You can practice Vajrasana for 5 minutes to 1/2 hour.

note: Make sure that the toes of both the feet are close together. Also your buttocks should remain on the soles of the feet. Make sure your waist and back are in a straight line.

Uttanasana

To do this asana

(i) a yoga mat, stand straight on it. 

(ii) After this, slowly bring your head down and put it on the toes of the feet. 

(iii) Stay in this position for about 90 seconds and then slowly exhale and come back to the normal position.

note: Make sure your knees should not bend. Simultaneously, rest the palms of both hands on the ground. You have to bend your torso in such a way that the chest touches the thighs.
