- Maida - 1/2 cup
- Paneer (cut into squares) - 100 grams
- Maize flour - 2 tbsp
- Kashmiri red chili - 1 tsp
- Garlic - 4-5
- Black pepper chopped - 1
- Onion chopped long - 1
- Salt - as per taste
- Ginger (grated) - 1 tsp
- Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
- Green chili sauce - 1 tbsp
- Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
- White Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Green onion finely chopped - 1 cup oil
Easy method/recipe to make Paneer Manchurian
Method of preparation To make Paneer Manchurian (Dry), first take all purpose flour and corn flour. Make a solution by adding water slowly to it.
After this, add Kashmiri red chili to it. After that mix it well. The way gram flour solution is prepared to take out the bhajiya, this solution should also remain the same.
After this take pieces of cheese cut into square shape. Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Now put the pieces of paneer in the prepared batter and take them out and put them in hot oil. Fry the paneer well till it turns golden brown. After that take it out in a separate vessel and keep it.
Now put two table spoon oil in the pan and put grated ginger, garlic, onion in it. Add one tablespoon tomato ketchup, if you like it spicy then add 1 tablespoon green chili sauce and one tablespoon soy sauce.
Now let them fry well in oil. Add a little white vinegar to it as well. Now add half a cup of water and fry it well, taking care that the water should not dry completely during this time.
Now put chopped green onions in it and then add the fried paneer. Now mix all these well and bake on medium flame. After frying for about five minutes, your Paneer Manchurian is ready to serve.
