Best Chest Workout: Push Ups

To make the chest muscular and wide, the first exercise is push ups. Which you can do at home without any machine. To do this, lie down on your stomach. Now place both your palms on the ground under the shoulders. Keep the elbows close to your sides.  


Now lift the stomach tight and bring the entire weight of the body on the palms and toes. After this, keeping the hip, waist and neck in a straight line, bring the chest near the ground and then open the hands and come up. Do 3 sets of 10 similar reps.



Barbell Bench Press

First of all, lie down on a flat bench by placing weights on the barbell as per your convenience. After this, hold the barbell slightly wider than the width of the shoulders and bring it just above the chest. Now keep the elbows and wrists absolutely straight and bring the barbell up to the chest near the chin. After that slowly move up. Similarly do three sets of 10 reps.



Dumbbell exercises for chest: Chest Press

Lie down on a flat bench with dumbbells in both hands. After this, join both the dumbbells just above the chest. Now while breathing, bring the dumbbell to the chest in such a way that your elbows make an angle of 90 degrees. Take these dumbbells back to the starting position. Do three sets of 10 reps of this exercise too.



Dumbbell exercises for chest: Inclined Dumbbell Fly

Inclined Dumbbell Fly is also to be done like chest press. Just lie on the inclined bench instead of the flat bench and hold the dumbbell vertically. Apart from this, while bringing the hands down, keep the elbows open a little more. Do three sets of 10 reps of this exercise too.
