Eligibility Criteria for BCA Course is candidates should be 10+2  from any background (Arts/Science/Commerce). Students should have cleared their 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 45%- 55%. However, Some Colleges consider merit basis while offering admissions. But some colleges give more priority to science students (Mathematical or Computer Science Background in 10+2) than others.

Usually, Admission into BCA Course is done through a Common Entrance Test conducted by a corresponding college or university. However, some colleges will provide admission on the basis of merit list in the qualifying exam like the 12th.
