Boil a cup of water in a vessel, after five minutes turn off the gas and let the leaves get completely absorbed in the water. When the color of the water starts changing, filter the leaves and drink hot water. 


If you want, you can add lemon juice to enhance the taste of this drink. Diabetic patients should consume this drink on an empty stomach in the morning and at bedtime.
