First of all, heat the water a little and add 1 tsp Assam tea to it (If you have taken loose tea in which the leaves are not broken then more quantity may be needed, tsp is for CTC tea.)


Because this tea is more hearty and also bitter, so do not use more than this.


Now let the tea boil a little. After this, add two mint leaves to it and if you want sugar, then add a little sugar.


After this, you put a little lemon juice in it and turn off the gas.

Your black tea is ready which will take you 5-7 minutes to make.


Either avoid or reduce the use of cloves and black pepper, as this tea is already a bit bitter.



How to make milk tea ?

If you want, you can use both cinnamon and black pepper in milk tea.


First you boil tea in water and then add sugar to it. Let it boil like this for 1 minute.


Now add milk to it. If the tea is boiled in water first, then its taste will be very good because this tea is known for its aroma and taste.


When milk boils, you can add ginger, cinnamon etc. to it. You can add any of the ingredients you add to tea.


Boil it well once. Do not leave it raw as its flavor will come out only then.


Here also if you are using CTC tea, then the use of leaf will be less.
