Bread Pakora ingredients

Besan: 2 cups

Baking soda or eno: 1½ tsp

Cumin: 1 tsp

Chopped Onion: 1/4 cup

Chili powder: 1 tsp

Chopped green chili: 1 tsp

Chopped Ginger: 2 tsp

Chaat masala: 1 tsp

Green coriander chopped: handful

Kasoori Fenugreek Powder: 2 tsp

Turmeric Powder: tsp

Roasted cumin powder: 1 tsp

Curd: cup

Water: 1½ cups

Salt: to taste


How to make Coriander Tomato Chutney for Bread Pakora

  • Fresh Coriander: 1 small bunch
  • Tomato: 4
  • Black salt: tsp
  • Chopped ginger: 1 small piece
  • Lemon juice: 4 tbsp
  • Cumin: 1 tsp
  • Sugar: 1 pinch 
  • Green chili: 1
  • Mint leaves: handful
  • salt to taste



How to make Bread Pakora Recipe and Tips

To make sandwich, mix gram flour, cumin, salt, onion, red chili powder, green chili, coriander, ginger, turmeric, masoori fenugreek, chaat masala, cumin powder, curd and water.  Make it a thick but pourable batter.

 

Heat the sandwich maker and sprinkle some oil on both the sides. Now add baking soda or eno to the batter and mix it gently in one direction.

 

Leave it like this for a minute and then pour the batter into the sandwich maker. Spread the batter evenly to cover the entire area. Close it and let it cook for 7-10 minutes or till it turns light brown from outside. Cut it from the middle and serve hot with chutney. 


For chutney, make a paste by mixing all the ingredients together in a blender jar. Take it out in a bowl, adjust the seasoning if needed and serve. Make sure the chutney is served cold and can be refrigerated and used for up to 3 days.
