Q1. Tell me a little about yourself.
Ans: Here give a short introduction about yourself, eg: Your name, age, qualifications, hobby, interest etc. Know how to answer interview questions well. 

Your answer to this question should be like, for example
I am ( Your name ) . I am an / a ( Your educational qualification ). I enjoy learning about the latest and new things. ( Tell something about your hobbies like learning new technology / Skill / meeting new people / travelling etc etc )

Q2. Why do you want this job ?
Ans: I want to do this job because this is my dream job, I love and enjoy doing this job. I want this job because the role matches what I am looking for the next step in my career growth.

Q3. Why do you want to join us or why this company ? 
Ans: I would like to work for your company for three main reasons. One you have some very exciting future plans which I read about on your website or prospectus.

Talk briefly about their future plans, two you are an industry leader you have a strong reputation in industry and three my skills, qualities and experience would be a great fit for your organization.

Now people tend to get very impressed when you answer a question saying that there are three reasons for it first of all they think you're very well prepared and second they think you're very logical.

Q4. Why are you interested in this job or this role ?
Ans: Your company is a leading company in the area of content creation. This is an area that I am very passionate about I have worked in a similar role in dash dash company or I have done so and so project in college and I look forward to an opportunity to increase my knowledge through the experience and to contribute to the company's goals in this area.

Q5. Why are you changing your job ? 
        Why are you leaving your current company ? 
Ans: Although I love my current job and I have worked with my current company for three years. I feel I'm now ready for more challenging assignments. I believe that this position will help me broaden my horizons and expand my knowledge.

At this point be very careful, don't say anything negative about the company that you've been working with also you want them to view you as a serious candidate not as someone who keeps changing jobs every three years.

Q6. Why should we hire you ?
Ans: In my opinion you should hire me because I have interest in this field and I work with sincerity and my learning skills are also good. I hope I have all of the skills you’re looking for in this role and the enthusiasm about the company that will help me thrive here. I also believe I can contribute positively to the company culture by. If I lack in, then I will learn quickly.

Q7. What are your strengths or your plus points ? 
       What are your biggest strength ?
Ans: My biggest strengths is learning new concepts and tools quickly, communicating clearly with others / focusing on goals and outcomes.

Q8. What are your weaknesses ? 
Ans: Now it's always a good idea to mention one or maybe two weaknesses instead of saying I have no weakness.

For example you can say, I tend to trust people too easily but I am working on it or I'm not very good at presenting to large groups of people but I'm working towards improving my communication skills and to be a more effective presenter.

Q9. Where do you see yourself in five years ?
Ans: In five years I would like to see as an established team member of a company, where I have mastered skills that I am just learning now.

You can talk about what skills you want to gain over five years and what value you think you can add both to the organization and maybe to the global community in a span of five years.

For example in five years I would like to be in ( a management position / an industry expert with the ability to train / mentor students / entry-level data analysts )  or ( l would like to gain specialized knowledge in the area of supply chain and logistics and to be in a position to create a positive impact both on the company and the global community). 

Make sure you replace those words in bracket with words that are more accurate in your situation.

Ans: Salary is my second priority. I want to enhance my knowledge and build on my skills.”

Tips to crack interview

1. Neat and clean dress should be worn and one should check whether he has collected everything which is necessary to take.

2. One should reach on time, a few minutes of relaxation before interview keep the mind cool and calm.

3. Take permission before entering the interview hall, that creates a good impression on the panel. Bade the panel 'good morning, good afternoon'.

4. Keep yourself cool, cheerful, polite and disciplined throughout the interview.

5. Be confident about what has to be answered. If the answer is not known, politely say "sorry sir, I am not acquainted with the answer". A polite 'no' is much better than  a confused 'yes'.

6. Before leaving the interview room, placed the chair in its original position.

7. Before leaving the room do not forget to thank the panel, this is the last good impression which a candidate can have on the interviewer.
